Alim is a distinguished economist and policy-oriented leader, holding a Doctorate in Economics with distinction in Financial Micro Economics, with advanced academic exposure across India, the UK, and the United States. He is a Double Gold Medalist, recognized for excellence in the field of Economics.

With extensive experience across Central and State Government, he has contributed to key ministries including Tourism, Science & Technology, Transport, Information Technology, and Youth Services & Sports, gaining deep expertise in policy execution, governance, and economic development frameworks.

He has also played a pioneering role in entrepreneurship and sustainability, including early adoption of solar energy solutions in remote regions, later scaled by government agencies.

As an entrepreneur, he leads a green manufacturing initiative, focused on zero-effluent operations, environmental sustainability, and community-driven CSR initiatives including education and afforestation.
