The Website is operated by the D2C Industry Association ("D2CIA"), a registered non-profit organization having its corporate office at 788, 7th Floor, Aggarwal Cyber Plaza-2, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034, India.

• "D2CIA" refers to the D2C Industry Association.

• "Membership" refers to a formal association status granted upon successful application and payment through the Website. It does not grant access to a user portal, login dashboard, or account system.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. D2CIA reserves the right to update or revise these terms at its discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
By proceeding to apply for membership through the Website, you acknowledge that the interaction is limited to submission of membership details and payment. No login credentials, dashboard access, or private user account will be provided as part of the services.
Access to the Website is granted on a temporary basis. D2CIA may withdraw or amend the services at any time without notice. D2CIA will not be liable if the Website is unavailable for any reason or any period.
Please note that the Website does not provide any login feature or user account system. Users who wish to become members of the Association may apply and pay the applicable membership fee through the Website. Upon successful payment, the user becomes a member of the Association, and their details are stored securely by D2CIA for membership records. No user dashboard or personal access portal is offered post-registration.
