Any organization or professional involved in the D2C ecosystem—brands, startups, service providers, platforms, investors, consultants, and enablers—can become a member.

All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Yes. However the final decision rests with the association.

Fees, Invoices & Refunds

No, membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous payments.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is sent to your registered email within 24–48 hours of payment.

Membership can be voluntarily cancelled, but no refund or partial credit will be provided.

Yes, select events are open to non-members with registration fees. However, members get free or discounted access, plus early invites and reserved seating.

Events & Participation

You can register through the Events section of our website. Event-specific details will be shared well in advance.

Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Association.

Executive Teams & Involvement

You can apply via Joining form available on the website. Selection is based on your D2C experience, impact, and willingness to contribute at the state level.

The National Executive Team leads strategy, policy advocacy, and national-level representation for India’s D2C voice.

Governance & Compliance

All members must agree to the D2CIA Code of Conduct, which ensures ethical collaboration, regulatory compliance, and responsible growth practices.

Yes. Membership may be revoked for violation of policies, misuse of benefits, or unethical practices, as determined by the governance committee.
